Creating a photo album and uploading photos:

First, make sure the photos you want to upload are saved on your computer.  Click on the 'Pictures' section and choose 'Create a New Album'  Now you can name the album and enter a breif description.  Next, click 'Add Photos' and select 'My Computer' from the pop up window.  Locate the photos you have stored on your computer and click on them to select.  You may upload as many photos as you want at one time.  When you are done selecting the photos, click 'upload now' and MSN will do the rest.  You can go back and edit the title and description for each photo after they are all uploaded.

Adding photos to a classified ad:

Before you start your classified ad, create a photo album in the pictures section and add the photos you want to include in your classified ad.  Then go ahead and start your ad.  In the body of the ad, you can click the small, yellow mountain/sun icon in the tool bar, and then select 'Big Mack Trucks'  Then you will see a list of all the albums posted on Big Mack Trucks website.  Choose the album you just created from the list and then choose the photos you want to include in the ad. 

I can't log into Chat!

Sometimes the MSN Chat Controller files on your computer become outdated or corrupted.  Click 'Start' then 'Search'  Next click 'all files and folders' Now, in the text box, type: 'msn chat' and click 'search'  It should list a file named MSN Chat Controller...highlight this file, right click it and delete it.   Now, close the search windows and go back to Big Mack Trucks and click 'Chat'  MSN will automatically load the new controller on to your computer and in less than a minute you will be ready to chat again!
