Posting to this list is aimed at Australian Snake keepers. This list provides an opportunity for Australians to locate or advertise Australian Snakes (within Australia) and for the Worldwide herp community to exchange information on Australian Snakes. The list may be moderated so that members do not receive mail about issues or species that are not relevant to Australia. - Please refrain from personal attacks on other list members and bad language, as children have access to this list. Try to give as much positive feedback as possible, and observe normal standards of ettiquette. Advertising of reptiles and frogs for sale is encouraged, but the animals must have been legally obtained. Legally wild caught animals should be described as wild caught (WC) and captive hatched should be described as captive hatched or (CH). Note that South Australians are recommended to include their permit number in any advertisement to sell protected animals and NSW permit holders are recommended to use Aus-E-Herps (at Egroups) to advertise reptiles.
